Salted Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

This peanut butter salted fat bombs can be cooked in batches so that you always have keto-approved snacks to on the go. The combination of salt and sweetness creates a delicious, dessert high in fat The best part is that you’ll need only four ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Stevia powder

Directions

  1. Set the baking cups out on a plate or small baking sheet, and set them aside.If you don’t have baking dishes, make squares from parchment paper and press them into the sides of each circle inside the muffin tin.
  2. Create double boilers: fill a medium-sized pot with 1 inch of water. Then place a smaller one or heat-safe bowl over it and make sure the water does not touch to the sides of the larger bowl or pot.The smaller bowl or pot should be set firmly upon top of the larger pot, and steam or water must not be able to escape. Bring the water to a boil then reduce heat to the lowest.
  3. Add the coconut oil and peanut butter to the smaller saucepan.Let them melt, then stir them together for about 7 minutes. Mix in the Stevia powder and salt.

The peanut butter mix should be divided into the baking cups on paper and before transferring to the freezer. Let the fat bombs sit for at minimum 30-minutes or till they are solid. Transfer them to a container that is airtight and store in a freezer. Enjoy!
