Keto Homemade Eggnog

The smell of eggnog in the fireplace is a favourite holiday drink for many people, and you can still enjoy this indulgence even if you’re not keto. This easy recipe can be prepared with or without alcohol and is actually egg-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk that is unsweetened and unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened macadamia nut milk
  • 4 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup keto maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 oz rum or vodka (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender, and mix until the mixture is frothy.
  2. Serve with Ice, or heat, the drink and then serve it warm. Add more cinnamon and Nutmeg (optional).
