Ingredients
- 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1 avocado peeled, halved and peeled and pitted
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 14 cup Whey protein powder the flavour of your choice
- 14 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted cashews
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender of your choice. Blend for between 1 and 2 minutes, or until it is smooth.
