Ingredients

  • 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 avocado peeled, halved and peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 14 cup Whey protein powder the flavour of your choice
  • 14 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted cashews

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender of your choice. Blend for between 1 and 2 minutes, or until it is smooth.
