Keto Lemonade Slush

Ingredients

  • Two Lemons Optional You can add a 3rd lemon to garnish
  • 1/8 cup Allulose
  • 1 cup ice more or less than desired consistency.

Directions

  1. Cut the lemons in half, then either squeeze them or pour the juice into cups. Get rid of any seeds.
  2. Optional: Add alcohol of your choice, such as vodka should you wish to.
  3. Mix the allulose into the mixture. Stir until well-mixed.
  4. Blend the mixture and then add the crushed frozen ice. Close the lid and blend until well mixed.
  5. Pour into a glass-like margarita glass or another glass with a wide and shallow brim.
    Note: For our cook-along, we made use of an extra-large glass. This will make enough for two portions of medium size.
  6. Include a garnish, such as lemon slices or peels and serve!
