Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Outer Coating
- 4 Tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp granular erythritol
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine the room-temperature cream cheese and heavy cream powdered erythritol and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl.
- After the cheesecake dough has been well incorporated with a spoon or an ice cream scooper, take eight cheesecake balls.
- Place the cheesecake ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment and then place them inside the refrigerator for at minimum an hour or until they are frozen completely.
- Mix the ingredients for the outer coating (almond flour, cinnamon and erythritol) in the bowl.
- In each cheesecake bite, roll it into the coating mix and then press the coating inside the ball of cheesecake.
- Place the air fryer in and cook at 325° for about 3-5 minutes.
- Enjoy keto cheesecake fried bites as they are, or with your favourite sweet keto sauce for dipping!
