Donuts are a great dessert, but due of their high crab content, they are usually only allowed on ketogenic diets. But in addition to being chocolate-flavored, these donuts also include bacon. What could be better than chocolate-covered donuts? Chocolate Donuts with Bacon!

Bacon Donuts Ingredients
Donuts
- 1/2 Cup and 1 tbsp of almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 57gram butter
- 2 Tbsp erythritol
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Chocolate Glaze
- 3/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 50 Oz bacon
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk that is unsweetened
- 3 squares sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp. butter
Bacon Donuts Directions
- The oven should be preheated to 325 degrees F.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients to make donuts in the bowl.
- Pour the butter, water and sweetener to the saucepan and cook to medium-high temperature.
- Remove the pan from the heat when the mixture begins to simmer. include the ingredients from dry.
- Mix the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes using one spoon, until the mix has loosened off the edges.
- The dough should be cooled in the bowl.
- Note It is done in a way that when eggs are added, they don’t start to cook and then scramble.
- Chop the bacon into tiny pieces, fry it in the pan until golden, and then set aside.
- Mix the eggs and dough, one at a using an electric beater.
- Note: The dough needs to be slightly sticky.
- Mix in baking powder, vanilla and half of the bacon.
- Grease the donut pan.
- Or, spoon the dough in or place it in a pipe bag and pipe it into donut Tins.
- For 15 minutes, bake, then wrap with baking parchment and bake for another five to ten minutes.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven, and let it it to cool.
- For the creation of the glaze melt the butter and chocolate in a pan.
- Mix in the cocoa powder, the sweetener and almond milk.
- Dip the donuts into the glaze just before it cools.
- Sprinkle bacon bits fried over the glaze just before it gets set.
