Ingredients

- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tbsp full-fat cream

- 2 bacon strips
- 2 oz ground sausage
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

- In a small mixing bowl mix the eggs and cream and mix.
- In a medium-sized saucepan at a moderate temperature Melt the butter.
