Scone Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 2 tbsp of lemon juice with zest
  • 2 cups keto flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup solid coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener (or any other keto sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Glaze Ingredients

  • 12 cups powdered with erythritol
  • 1 tbsp almond milk

Scone Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Make a baking sheet using slip baking mats and parchment.
  2. Within a bowl make a mixture of Almond milk with lemon juice. It should rest for five minutes.
  3. In an enormous bowl, combine the keto flour baking powder, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl. And by using a fork mix item together.
