Cooking doesn’t always end with Thanksgiving dinner! Made with ingredients that are ketogenic, these biscuits have a fluffy texture and are perfect for a fun brunch after the holidays. This makes a great weeknight dinner with gravy on top, or you could just top it with smoked salmon, butter, ghee, or cream cheese.

Biscuit Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp soft butter
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Gravy Ingredients
  • 4 oz breakfast sausage
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • Add salt or pepper as desired
  • Fresh parsley cut into pieces (for garnish)

Biscuit Directions

  1. Using a fork mix all the ingredients thoroughly in an oven-safe mug until the mixture is completely smooth. With the help of the spoon, smooth the top of the mug to form an uniform surface.
