Ingredients
- 8 oz lean ground beef
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 1 tsp chilli powder
- Salt and pepper as desired
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/2 avocado (cubed)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly chopped)
Directions
- Cook a cast iron skillet on moderate temperature. Add a drop of oil if necessary.
- In a large bowl put the beef onion powder, chilli powder, salt, and pepper as desired. Mix well and make patties.
- When the oven is ready Add the patties to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your preference. Take them off and place them aside.
- Within a bowl combine the balsamic vinegar, the oil dijon mustard, and oil.
- Add salt and black pepper to your dish.
- Divide the arugula among plates and then add red onion and avocado.
- Mix the burger in and sprinkle on the dressing.
