Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup ham, diced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line the muffin pan with 12 liners, or spray with non-stick spray.
- Mix the eggs and seasonings into the mixing bowl.
- Mix into the cheese with ham pieces.
- Equally distribute the cheese and ham ingredients into 12 muffin Tins.
- Cook for between 13 and 15 mins or until thoroughly cooked.
