Garlic Keto Noodles with Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 12 white onions (medium and sliced)
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 12 oz shirataki noodles
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Directions

  1. A non-stick skillet is heated over medium-high temperatures.
  2. Add the coconut aminos, onions, slices of steak, garlic and ginger. Cook for five to eight minutes or until the steak is cooked and the majority of the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Add the noodles to the pot and boil until cooked through for about 2 minutes.
