Garlic Keto Noodles with Beef

If you’re missing out on noodles and beef on the ketogenic diet, then this is the recipe! These beefy, garlic keto noodles are the ideal low-carb option. This recipe makes use of 10-chopped garlic sirloin, onion and shirataki noodles for a delicious meal or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 12 white onions (medium and sliced)
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 12 oz shirataki noodles
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Directions

  1. A non-stick skillet is heated over medium-high temperatures.
  2. Add the coconut aminos, onions, slices of steak, garlic and ginger. Cook for five to eight minutes or until the steak is cooked and the majority of the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Add the noodles to the pot and boil until cooked through for about 2 minutes.
  4. Divide the noodles into bowls and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy your keto garlic noodles!
