This article’s egg-loaf recipe is the perfect replacement for French toast. It has no carbohydrates and is flavored with fragrant cinnamon and vanilla. You can eat the meal just as it is or you can add the keto-friendly maple syrup to slice and serve it. We recommend serving this egg loaf over French toast along with some sugar-free whipped cream, walnuts, and maybe some chocolate chips or berries that are keto-friendly. With keto, breakfast isn’t always necessary, as this egg-loaf recipe demonstrates!
