Ingredients
- 16 oz 80/20 ground beef
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: garlic salt, pepper or parsley.
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 2 oz heavy cream
Directions
- In a large pan prepare the ground beef on moderate temperature. If you’re adding seasonings to the beef, do so immediately.
- Add the bone broth, and mix thoroughly. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the heavy cream and heat to a boil.
- The sauce should cook for about 10 minutes, or till it starts to get thicker.
Note: do not cover. If you cover it, it may take longer for the sauce to become thicker. - Serve your carnivore stroganoff of beef and take pleasure!
