Predator Beef Stroganoff

This simple carnivore beef stroganoff is a must-make if you’re on the carnivore diet!It’s tasty, flavorful, and rich! Ingredients

  • 16 oz 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: garlic salt, pepper or parsley.
  • 1 cup beef bone broth
  • 2 oz heavy cream

Directions

  1. In a large pan prepare the ground beef on moderate temperature. If you’re adding seasonings to the beef, do so immediately.
  2. Add the bone broth, and mix thoroughly. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the heavy cream and heat to a boil.
  4. The sauce should cook for about 10 minutes, or till it starts to get thicker.
    Note: do not cover. If you cover it, it may take longer for the sauce to become thicker.
  5. Serve your carnivore stroganoff of beef and take pleasure!
