If you live a carnivorous lifestyle, we offer a delicious, nutrient-dense stew dish that uses beef! If you’re not a meat eater but still want to try this recipe! Try adding celery, onions and garlic powder, rosemary and onion powder to make an enticing, not-quite-carnivore but still low-carb and keto stew with beef!

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 2 oz beef liver
- 2 oz beef heart
- 90 oz beef bone broth
Directions
- Let the meat sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut your meat in cubes. put them in the bowl.
- Mix in salt, then mix it in to coat the meat with the salt. Note If you are adding any additional seasonings, do it now.
- Large skillets are heated up on medium-high heat.
- Add the meat to the grill and cook on both sides for approximately 2 minutes.
- Incorporate the meat into the slow cooker.
Note: If you are adding other ingredients are added (like onions) are added, do so now. - Serve with bone broth Cover, cook at high for 3-4 hours.
NOTE: this will be different for your slow cooker. This recipe works for a medium-sized crockpot. Follow the directions on your device. A quick cooker and larger crockpots cook more quickly.
