BLT Salad with Savoury Sesame Mustard Dressing

The traditional BLT salad is always a winning combination—possibly because of the bacon!Cooked in an air fryer, bacon is incredibly crispy and tasty. Add some flare to your BLT salad by adding a special dressing made of mustard, sesame oil sesame seeds that have been toasted, and the perfect mix of spices and herbs. The zesty mustard-seed dressing is a nod towards Asian food, with a sweet sauce, and a hint ginger. This recipe can make a huge portion that can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days! It can also be used to make a sauce for other meals! If you’d prefer to make lesser salad dressing you can reduce the amount of dressing.
