I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been low-carb since March of last year, and it’s improved my life. I’ve dropped 49 pounds (22 kg) so far, and although the weight loss is fantastic, my general health and motivation have improved the most.
My lifelong struggles with sadness and anxiety have vanished, and I am bursting with energy.
I have never felt more motivated to work out than I do now that my resting heart rate has dropped from 85–90 to 55–60. I began riding, and now I’ve progressed to 100 kilometers per spin in addition to physical training. I never imagined I’d enjoy exercising, but I really do!
I disorders have vanished, and I feel like I’m really alive for the first time in 34 years.
