This Halloween-themed chocolate mousse is the ideal keto dessert for the occasion!It has a plenty of rich, creamy chocolate flavour without any added sugar!The fact that each serving of a keto-friendly dessert has less than two gram mes of net carbohydrates is their best feature!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mixing whipping cream
  • 3 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp water

Options for Toppings

  • A handful of keto cookies that have been crushed
  • 1 ghost keto cookie

Direction

  1. A few raspberries
  2. Combine 1 cup of whipping cream to make whipped cream.
  3. Separate bowl, add monk fruit, cocoa powder sweetener, butter and cream cheese, water, and mix.
  4. Include the whipping cream.
    Optional: just add half of the cream whipped and reserve the rest for topping.Try topping it with fresh raspberries and freshly whipped cream!
  5. Make sure you separate the chocolate into four portions.
