Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mixing whipping cream
- 3 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp monk fruit
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp water
Options for Toppings
- A handful of keto cookies that have been crushed
- 1 ghost keto cookie
Direction
- A few raspberries
- Combine 1 cup of whipping cream to make whipped cream.
- Separate bowl, add monk fruit, cocoa powder sweetener, butter and cream cheese, water, and mix.
- Include the whipping cream.
Optional: just add half of the cream whipped and reserve the rest for topping.Try topping it with fresh raspberries and freshly whipped cream! - Make sure you separate the chocolate into four portions.
